BUT HAVE A QUESTION?

Is S.A.S.S.Y10 only for vegans?
Not at all! All dietary preferences are welcomed on the S.A.S.S.Y10 program. Together we will work with your preferences and personalise this into your custom nutrition plan.
Do I have to join a gym to complete this program?
Nope, the SASSY10 program was designed specifically for you to workout at home, in the
garden, park or the gym incorporating bodyweight exercises but also using dumbbells and
resistance bands. So, if you already have these then you’re good to go!
You do need to challenge yourself to get optimal results, by increasing the weight or reps
throughout the program. So using light dumbbells are not going to cut it!
DIY Dumbbells - Fill two water bottles or fabric softener bottles (of the same size) with
water or sand whilst weighing them. These will be your weights. Throughout the program
you will add more water/sand to challenge your muscles to achieve progressive overload.
Do I get a meal plan on this?
You will get a structured nutritional plan to follow on S.A.S.S.Y10. with a weekly shopping
list, healthy recipes to follow. This has been specifically designed by a top nutrition chef to
ensure you will not only have delicious tasting meals, that will be healthy and nutritious to
help feed both your body and your mind! We believe this is more of a sustainable option long term.
How soon will I receive the program?
Upon signing up you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to get started,
along with further emails throughout the program containing your respective meal plans (so
please check your junk/spam folder) and mark the address as a safe sender.
That said, if you are willing to invest just 1 hour a day to working on yourself
I'm concerned I won't have time for this? 
I will be honest with you and say that if you can't make time for yourself for the next 10 weeks then this program probably isn't for you! That said, if you are willing to invest just 1 hour a day to working on yourself then this is absolutely the programme for you. If time is of a concern then we can adapt your diet and training to accomondate for this. 
Do I have to take supplements?
Not at all. Do I recommend them? Absolutely. But there is no pressure from me to take or buy any supplements that you don't wish to take.
What results will I achieve?
Everybody is unique and so is their lifestyle. However, if you follow the SASSY10 program 100% then you will achieve amazing results both inside and out and will regain your SASSY!
